POLICIES
Below are a few important policies for students of Brooklyn Guitar Lessons.
LESSON CREDIT PURCHASE DEADLINE
For New Students: In order to reserve a spot in the weekly schedule, credit(s) for all new students much be purchased at least 5 days prior to their first lesson.
For Continuing Students: In order to reserve a spot in the weekly schedule, credit(s) for continuing students must be purchased at least 24 hours prior to their next scheduled lesson.
LESSON CANCELLATIONS
Students must provide at least 24 hours notice for all lesson cancellations/re-schedules. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the student will forfeit that lesson & will be charged the full rate.
Emergency CANCELLATIONS
Makeups for lessons cancelled due to family/medical emergency will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
EXPIRATION OF LESSON CREDITS
Lesson credits remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. After the 90-day validity period, any remaining credits will expire. No refunds will be made for expired credits.
